Himmel und Erde
Zutaten:
⦁ 6 Kochaepfel (immer mehr Aepfel als Kartoffeln)
⦁ 5 Kartoffeln
⦁ Speck, Zwiebeln, Zucker
⦁ Blutwurst
Zubereitung:
1. Aepfel mit etwas Wasser kochen, Kartoffeln getrennt garen und alles zusammenstampfen.
2. Speck und Zwiebeln anbraten und zum Stampf dazu geben ( Evtl. mit etwas Zucker nachwuerzen)
3. Blutwurst in der Pfanne anbraten und zum Schluss ueber den Stampf legen.
Himmel und Erde (Heaven and Earth)
ingredients:
⦁ 6 cooking apples (always more apples than potatoes)
⦁ 5 potatoes
⦁ diced bacon, onions, sugar
⦁ black pudding
cooking:
1. boil the apples and the potatoes in two different pots and mash the potatoes and the apples together
2. roast the onions and the diced bacon gently and put them into the mash (put in some sugar if not sweet enough)
3. roast the black pudding and lay it on the mash
