Helin`s go-to pasta

Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 14 oz Tagliatelle
  • 1  Zucchini
  • 1 red & yellow Pepper
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 4 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tsp. Thyme leaflets
  • 8 oz whipped cream
  • 14 oz cream cheese
  • salt & pepper

1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in plenty of salt water, until it reaches the al dente stage.
2. Wash, clean and chop the Zucchini, pepper and tomatoes. Peel the onions and garlic cloves, finely throw dice and in olive oil glazed stew. Add all vegetables except for the tomatoes and saute them. Now you can spice it up with salt, pepper and some thyme leaflets. Let it cover and simmer for approx. 8 minutes.
3. Cream it together with the cream cheese and spice it up again. Mix the pre-cooked pasty and vegetables in a casserole form, pour the cream over them, so that the pasta and vegetables are half covered by the liquid.

Tip: black olives make a Mediterranean flair.
